講者介紹：

邱教授除了擔任Human Relations 的副主編外，也擔任頂級期刊如:Journal of Management, Journal of Organizational Behavior 的編審成員。

他主要的研究領域為正向領導和經理人的心理健康問題，並曾發表研究於: Human Relations, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management Studies, Journal of Organizational Behavior, 以及Leadership Quarterly 等

本次的演講與工作坊，議程如下：

Session 1 (12:10-14:00)

• 講題：Aiming for Human Relations? Strategies to Sidestep Common Submission Errors (in English)
• 地點：中山管院1036教室

Session 2 (14:00-16:00)

• 講題：Interactive Workshop: Paper Development and Career Advice for Doctoral Students and Early Career Researchers (in Chinese)
• 地點：中山管院3051教室
• 在這個workshop中，Prof. Chad Chiu將利用兩小時的時間，跟博士生或是老師互動，預計徵求3-4篇稿件，針對研究想法給予回饋，並提供建議與心得分享。
